Flat Super Air Nozzles Cool Hot Melt Glue Used In Folders
This customer uses hot glue to make expandable folders, and needed to implement a secondary process to cool the hot melt glue before packaging. By installing (6) Model 1122 2" (51mm) Flat Super Air Nozzles, they were able to cool the hot melt glue quickly, reducing the cooling time to thirty seconds...it had been taking several minutes to cool the material down to handling temperature.
