Flat Super Air Nozzles Replace Open Pipes In Conveyor Application
This customer needed to move an aluminum stamping (roughly 12" by 12") across a conveyor belt to the wall of the conveyor. They were using (4) 5/16" open aluminum tubes, which they replaced with (2) Model HP1125 2" Flat Super Air Nozzle. This not only decreased the noise level from over 110 dBA to 83 dBA, but it also decreased their air consumption from 91.2 SCFM to 74 SCFM saving over $1,500 per year in compressed air costs.
