Keeping An Inspection Lens Clear Of Debris
An automation company integrates systems for production processes. They had a customer with an automatic grinding application that has a vision inspection system included. The grinding threw coolant and other debris onto the lens of the inspection system. A Model 1122 2" (51mm) Flat Super Air Nozzle was installed to flow air across the lens and keep it free from debris. They eliminated false readings and the need to manually clean the camera lens during production.
