Super Air Amplifier Dries Custom Wood Trim

The customer manufactures custom wood trim for use in home building. After applying a finish to the wood trim the customer transports the trim pieces into a long drying tunnel and allows them to dry at an elevated temperature. They have the heated area but they want to speed up the drying time, so they are installing (12) Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifiers within the heated space to create a much higher air movement rate to create convection. This will have the effect of moving more heated air over the trim pieces in a given amount of time. The circulation has allowed the customer to reduce their drying time from 4 hours to 3 hours per load.
