Super Air Amplifier Removes Fumes In Plastic Trimming

Customer needed a way to exhaust the fumes created during their plastic pump impeller trimming operation. For larger impellers with lower trim speed, they installed our Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier to evacuate the fumes. As they increase the speed to trim the smaller impellers, some of the fumes would remain, so they ordered a shim kit to increase the gap clearance and induce a larger amount of air. They now could do both operations with just one Air Amplifier.
