Super Air Amplifiers Blow Water Off Metal Strips
This customer is a sheet metal fabricator, and deals with strips of metal 12" - 36" wide coming out of an oven and into a quench tank. The water from the quench tank ran back up the sheet on the conveyor and got into their oven. Using four Model 120024 4" (102mm) Super Air Amplifiers with ductwork on the intake side to suck in clean air, the water was easily and effectively blown back towards the quenching tank. They also mounted the Super Air Amplifiers on swivels to allow for easy directional adjustments.
