Trim Removal

Customer makes toilet paper. Initially the paper is made as an 8-9 foot wide web and then rolled up into what they refer to as a log. Prior to rolling up the web, the edges have to be squared off. This produces a 2" wide ribbon that they feed down through the floor for reprocessing. The problem they are having is that the toiled tissue being so flexible and light,  folds over on itself and does not feed down through the hole. Using a Model 120024 4" (102mm) Super Air Amplifier to draw the material and blow it through the hole. They were able to effectively discharge the scrap . The process worked so well that they were able to speed up the process.
