Blowing Plastic Chips from Routed Tubular Fence Posts
A manufacturer of plastic fencing is using the Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier to blow through the length of a 4 x 4 tubular plastic fence post as it is being routed. The Super Air Amplifier removes chips as they are being generated. The production rate increased by eliminating the time required for additional cleaning of the part.
