Remove Water from Package to improve Ink Jet Marking
Company manufactures burritos, chorizo, and Mexican sausage. A sausage packaging line runs a plastic wrapped 3" sausage log through a cleaning and rinsing operation prior to an ink jet printing a code on the package. The remaining water on the sausage log is resulting in a bad ink jet code.
