Chip Control - tubing
Company manufactures welded tubing. Shavings are building up at the cutoff operation causing missed locations and tubes cut off to wrong length. Using the Model 1100 Super Air Nozzle to direct the shavings towards the Model 120022 2" (51mm) Super Air Amplifier, the cut off area was vacuumed clear so the next part could be located properly. This eliminated short pieces.
