What is the maximum operating temperature for the Atomizing Spray Nozzles?

The maximum operating temperature is 400° F (204° C)

What is the maximum operating temperature for the Cabinet Cooler System?

NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler Systems are rated up to 125°F (51.6°C)

NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X Cabinet Cooler Systems are also rated up to 125°F (51.6°C)

High Temperature Cabinet Cooler Systems are rated up to 200°F (93.3°C)

What is the maximum temperature rating for the Model 9060 Universal Mounting System?

What is the maximum temperature rating for the Reversible Drum Vac System?

Due to the PVC standpipe, the maximum temperature rating for the Reversible Drum Vac System is 140°F (60°C).

What is the maximum viscosity that can be dispensed through each type of atomizing nozzle?

What is the pressure rating for the Stay Set Hoses?

The Stay Set Hoses have a maximum pressure rating of 250 PSIG.

What is the range of the Digital Flowmeters?

The units will read flows up to 50% more than the maximum calibrated range; accuracy is 7% of the reading for air temperatures between 40° abd 120°F (4° - 49°C).

What is the recommended gap to have between the product and the Air Wipe?

On larger Air Wipe models (2" and larger), it is recommended to maintain a gap of 1/2" (13mm) between the outside of the target material and the inside diameter of an air wipe. Smaller models can have lesser airflow gap to accommodate the secondary volume of air to be pulled in around the target to facilitate higher blowing force to remove the contaminants.

What is the temperature limit that the ETC can be exposed to?

The environmental temperature limit of the ETC is 150°F (65°C).
